Kundalini Basics ~ 

Kundalini Yoga,  also known as, Laya Yoga deals with breath, movement, and mantra, resulting in the movement of energy in the glandular systems, mostly the chakra system. Focusing on meditation, this brings us to a state of higher consciousness/awareness , therefore making better choices and feeling more grounded in life.
